• Returns Accepted: Non-custom products can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Return Shipping: A flat rate of $4.00 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping.
• Non-Returnable Items: Custom and personalized items are not eligible for return.
• Customer Satisfaction: I make every effort to ensure customer satisfaction and will gladly correct any mistakes.
• Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, please provide a photo of the item for verification.
